Your privacy is of great importance to Lively Tech Agency. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (further: GDR). This means that we:

  • Storing as little as personal data as possible, only the data necessary for our purposes;

  • Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed with us.

 

Your data is safe with us and we will always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain everything we do at the Lively Tech Agency company with information we get from you.

Your account
Certain products of our company require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. We use this to create an account, which you can log into using that username and a password of your choice.

 

We use your:

  • Name and address details

  • Invoice address

  • E-mail address

  • Payment details (API link)

  • IP-address

We need these because of the contract we enter into with you. We keep this information until you cancel the account. We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you more easily if necessary. You can edit information through your account whenever you want.

 

Provision to third parties
We cooperate with certain companies, which may receive your personal data mentioned above.

The following parties are based outside the EU:  Swoogo, Ingo, Cvent, Pigeonhole, Grip.

 

Newsletters
We have a newsletter and you will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. In the newsletter we will inform you about news, tips and information about our products and services. We use your:

  • Name and address details

  • E-mail address

 

We send the newsletter based on your consent. We keep this information, until you cancel the subscription.

The newsletter will be send per mail quarterly. The content of the newsletter includes:

  • Product knowledge and updates on our products and services.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

 

Project portal access
Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, so there is proof of that. We use your:

  • Name and address details

  • E-mail address

  • Profile picture

 

We need these because of the contract we enter into with you. We keep this information, until the end of the service to you.

 

Contact form
The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests. We use your:

  • Name and address details

  • Telephone number

  • E-mail address

 

We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and six months after that. This allows us to easily access the information in case of follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to become even better.

 

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics on the use of our company, where we can also view individual data. With these statistics, we improve our business to show only relevant information, for example. We may combine your personal data to find out more about you. Naturally, we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always inform us. We will use your:

We keep statistics on the use of our company, we have access to the individual data. However, we only consult this data if it is necessary for a purpose in this statement.

If you would like to file a complaint about the use of your personal data, please email privacy@lively.nl. We will address any complaint internally and communicate this further with you. If you feel we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the regulator. This is called Dutch Data Protection Authority.
